Canes Recall Seeley from Chicago

Raleigh, NC – January 17, 2023

The Carolina Hurricanes have recalled defenseman Ethan Seeley from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL), the team announced today.

Seeley, 25, has appeared in 33 games with the Wolves this season, recording two goals and seven assists for nine points. He leads the team in scoring among defensemen and ranks third overall in points per game (0.27).

The Canes are currently in third place in the Metropolitan Division with a record of 27-14-6. They will host the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday night at PNC Arena.
